Grant A. Bannen
Grant A. Bannen joined the firm in 2009. For the past several years, Grant has concentrated his practice in real estate and creditor’s rights. In addition to his law practice, Grant was a fee attorney for offices in Fort Worth and Willow Park, Texas. Grant assists clients with real estate acquisition agreements, title defense issues, property owner association matters, collections, workouts and bankruptcy matters. He also has experience with assisting clients with the formation of entities and a variety of commercial law and contract issues. Grant is licensed in Texas and New Mexico.
