Russell H. Daniels
Russell H. Daniels was licensed in 1994 and graduated from the University of Tulsa School of Law with honors. While in law school Mr. Daniels was an Academic Scholarship Recipient, served as an Editor of the Tulsa Law Journal and was awarded several American Jurisprudence Awards. Mr. Daniels has been listed in Who’s Who in American Law (1996-2001) and is author of “Sex Discrimination in Employment Promotion Practices,” 46 Am. Jur. Proof of Facts 3d 99 (West 1998). Mr. Daniels is licensed in Texas and Oklahoma and handles residential and commercial related litigation, contract drafting and dispute issues and employment law matters. Mr. Daniels serves as an instructor of the Construction Contracts & Law Course for both the Home Builders Association of Greater Dallas and the Greater Fort Worth Builders Association and teaches other seminars around the state. Mr. Daniels currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Dallas Division of the Home Builders Association of Greater Dallas
