G. Shane Lewis
G. Shane Lewis is a proven trial litigator with extensive experience in both civil and criminal matters. Currently he concentrates his practice in the areas of Criminal Defense, Commercial Litigation, and other general civil matters.
Following several years as a trial prosecutor in the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office, Mr. Lewis joined G. Patrick Collins & Associates as a Trial Attorney. There, Mr. Lewis served as lead counsel on civil litigation matters representing Allstate Insurance and its insureds throughout the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. As a civil trial attorney, Mr. Lewis has represented clients through every phase of litigation and also offers broad experience in alternative dispute resolution.
In his civil practice, Mr. Lewis handles a wide variety of complex cases for clients, including: Commercial Litigation, Construction Litigation, Lien Rights, Personal Injury, and Premises Liability.
Prior to civil litigation, Mr. Lewis was a veteran prosecutor in the Tarrant County District Attorney’s office, where experience gained him a reputation as a top Assistant District Attorney and one of the best trial lawyers in Tarrant County. Mr. Lewis served as lead prosecutor on hundreds of criminal cases including several high profile and notorious cases.
