Daniel R. McCabe

Daniel R. McCabe joined the Firm in 2008. He has more than twelve years of experience in all aspects of labor and employment practice, representing companies of all sizes, as well as other areas of litigation and dispute resolution in both state and federal trial and appellate courts, including litigation and injunction actions addressing non-competition, non-solicitation and confidentiality agreements, complex commercial disputes, construction defect claims, personal injury and wrongful death actions, insurance coverage disputes, and ERISA claims.
