He also has personal work experience and project management experience in commercial construction. He was a member of the 1997-98 class of Leadership Arlington. He has lectured on contracting/liability issues to builder's organizations and to attorneys, including the Advanced Real Estate Law Course in 2001 in Houston on the Residential Construction Liability Act.
