The Bush Firm is a law firm with an intimate knowledge of the residential construction industry gained through experience in litigation of construction defect claims and participation in the drafting of legislation that shapes the residential construction industry.  The Bush Firm was involved in the passage of the Residential Construction Liability Act and the drafting and passing of HB 730, the Texas Residential Construction Commission Act.
